The Katz family chose Shadowbrook for their daughter Lauren’s wonderful Bat Mitzvah celebration. Sydney celebrated her Sweet Sixteen Birthday Party at Shadowbrook in the Regency Room. The event began in the Victorian Courtyard Gardens with appetizers and refreshing beverages served. The evening was highlighted with a amazing animal theme cake from Buddy Valastro The Cake Boss in Hoboken, NJ.
